ARMA is You

At ARMA Courses, everyone represents the company. When a subscriber hears back from Jesse on support, Jesse is ARMA. When a subscriber sees a message from Elijah that our website is down, Elijah is ARMA. In those moments, everything else we do to build our reputation is secondary. How we show up in a time of need is what people will remember.

This is why customer service is everyone's responsibility - not just lending an ear, but avoiding BS and bending policies when needed. It means taking time to communicate clearly and consider how you'd feel on the receiving end.

Most of our subscribers come by word-of-mouth, often from people in our community. We've been serving this community for 3 years now, and your voice carries our reputation - like it or not! Share what you have to say.

This goes for our methods too. ARMA Courses tries to be generous in sharing our self-directed study techniques and collaborating with others pursuing Biblical literacy. Extracting approaches that could help people beyond our walls is important, satisfying work that we should continue.

It's also worth saying that ARMA can feel all-consuming. We get it - this work is meaningful. But remember, it's still a job. Do your best, collaborate, learn, and then log off and enjoy life. We'll all be better for it.
